If you are using disc limits, please reply to me privately with why you
do, what to take into account in so doing, and if you think that this
issue would be of general enough interest for me to post a digest of
what I get. Someone has consumed all available disc space on their
volume set twice now (other issues prevent isolating them to their own
volume set), and we have to consider applying disc limits if they cannot
behave. We also have to consider if we need to prohibit the NEWGROUP and
possibly the mkdir commands, so that they cannot get this wrong a third
time, and help themselves to system volume set space as well.

Seems that for some people, you give them an inch of rope, and it's more
than enough to hang themselves and anyone else. This is the part of
adminning I hate; managing irresponsible users (not that you necessarily
want the likes of me hacking about on your system; oh, look at this! I
always get myself in trouble with the other admins, especially if I'm
not one).
