Sure!  Look at INSECSMP.NET.SYS which is similar to INETDCNF except that
it places restrictions on various services via an allow/deny ruleset.
Edit it appropriately, save as INETDSEC.NET.SYS and add a symbolic link
to /usr/adm/inetd.sec and you're set.
