http://www.zdnet.com/chkpt/adt1212ji/www.anchordesk.com/story/story_1551.html
A U.S. District Court judge issued a temporary order
forbidding Microsoft from requiring Windows 95 licensees
to bundle Internet Explorer. In a 19-page decision
late Thursday, the judge stopped short of saying
Microsoft violated terms of a 1995 antitrust agreement.
But he issued the temporary cease and desist order
and asked for more evidence in the case, brought
by the Department of Justice. Click above for more
details.
