Greetings,

I have one administrative question and one stupid technical question.
The administrative question has to do with trying to subscribe to this
list.  Every time I try to subscribe, I never get a response from the
listserve at raven.utc.edu.  My last one was even sent back as
undeliverable for 3 days.  I need to subscribe because I am about to
lose my newsgroup capability soon.  Is my subscription information out
of date, or what?  Does anyone have any ideas?

My second question revolves around booting the machine.  It is my
understanding that after bringing the system down with =shutdown, that I
am supposed to press ctrl-b and get a "CM" prompt, at which time I
either enter TC or RS.  My problem is that I never get the CM prompt.
The console does not respond at all.  To restart the 928rx, I have to
power it down and back up, which I don't like to do.  Can anyone tell me
if I am misunderstanding something?  Sorry for such a simple question,
but like I said before, I am still a novice on this platform.
