The reply from DenKor sounds like exactly what I am looking for,
for a client, EXCEPT that:

1) I need a system for a doctor's office, not a dentist's office.
2) Need to be able to schedule more than three months out.
3) No Powerhouse need apply; Powerhouse alone usually costs
     more than the system it runs on.

The package we're currently looking at runs on NT.
(Enough said!)
