BOUNCER Stopped with MPE 5.5

We just upgraded from MPE/iX 5.0 to 5.5 Express-3, and our
beloved "BOUNCER" stopped running, issuing the message
"Oper. sys. rev. level incompatibility.  Pgm not checked out for
new Revlevel."   The Bouncer version we have is "1.5  6/2/1994"
from back when we had access to the CSL.  Is this Bouncer
OK with 5.5, and if so, can we somehow re-validate Bouncer
so it knows it's OK??   ...Or do I need to get an updated version
from somewhere?
