Yes, this is the listener job for ODBCLink/SE, and it is a standard batch
job.  Add ;PRI=CS to the !JOB record (card? hehe) or use ALTPROC
;JOB=#Jnn;PRI=CS from the Console.  (Note that if using PRI=CS on the !JOB
record, one needs to execute a JOBPRI command at the console (in the
SYSSTART file is a good place) to ensure that it dosen't end up in DS by
default - I have JOBPRI 0 in mine.
