Art,

You were right.  I changed the profile of the port with NMMGR and ran
SYSDIAG and TERMDSM to reset the DTC...it still wouldn't log me off if I
disconneted without logging off first.  So I powered down the DTC and
the new configuration downloaded.  I didn't have to restart the system.
