Hi all,

I have tried to fix a few POISX install problems, like correcting the
file permissions on all of the HFS-named files, adding some popular
networking symbolic links, and (I hope) improving /etc/profile (and more).

I would like to offer the new install files to the first fifteen folks
who are interested in trying them.  Conditions: you need a non-production
system (or you need to be pretty brave), you need to be on 5.0 or 5.5
(I have only tested 5.5 but I believe it should work the same on 5.0),
you need to actually use it and provide me feedback.  I will make the files
available on jazz.

You may respond to me privately to save list bandwidth.
