Hi Jim,

We use Mailsite, by Rockliffe, as our mail server here, and it has a
mailbox redirection feature.  For instance, I receive mail here as
tericson, but I also have Tim.Ericson setup as a mailbox, which is
forwarded to tericson (I pretty sure this can be setup for outside
addresses, as well).  Mailsite is a purchased product, and the support
from Rockliffe has been outstanding.  See their page (on a rather slow
