H-P 3000 Series 927 on MPE/iX 5.0 -- new installation -- trying to get
on the network -- set up everything in NMMGR and it validates okay.
Start NETCONTROL (LOOP and LAN1) and NSCONTROL START okay.  When trying
to do a REMOTE HELLO or a DSLINE -- REMOTE get message local VT not
started.

Cannot find what is missing looking all over HP Laser ROM -- help and
ideas would be appreciated.
