All of the licenses I have read pretty much say this anyway: you can't
sue us if it doesn't work. You can't even sue us if it drops the read
write heads on the platters and then instructs the servo to do a full
sweep. Maybe we will let you have your money back (which shouldn't be a
big problem on QCTerm), but we will might send you another copy of the
same software. The sad reality is you can sue almost anyone for almost
anything, if you don't mind hearing the judge grant an immediate
dismissal, and being told to pay the other guy's legal fees and court
costs.

But if you think someone else's code is hard to read... try some of
those licensing agreements.
