HP did it to me again. Here's the (short) story.

The office manager has an old Vectra 386 that she
uses at home and as a back up for our other PC's
(all Vectras). As happens to most of us, the
disk gets full. I call HP to find out what disk I
can put on this old 386. I am told that there are
two numbers, on one HP will take a VISA number and
charge me $25 and the other is a 900 number. So
much for the HP way. Oh yes, they will give me the
number of my local HP PC dealer. I have had
previous problems with the technical knowledge of
the local HP PC dealers.

I am thinking about a new PC with the latest bells
and whistles. Should I buy an HP??
