Will it contain all it says it does?  I recall in the Express 2
communicator it made reference to some new functionality of the FINFO and
FLABELINFO commands, but the functionality was actually not delivered.  I
was told by the response center that it should be in the Express 3 release,
and the communicator for Express 3 seems to bear this out, but will it
actually be there?
