One of our clients had a rather spectacular system crash yesterday,
unfortunately they didn't have a current SLT.  I added back the third
DTC, when I went to validate the changes I got the following error.

Do you want DTS changes to become active now (Y/N)?

N = all changes made will take effect upon next dynamic configuration,
    DTS restart or system reboot

Now figuring I did something wrong, I went back into NMMGR, deleted
DTC03, did another validate and got the same error message, although now
the Ldev's associated with DTC03 do not show up in sysgen or using the
SHOWDEV command.

It's been 10 years since I have added a DTC, what am I forgetting.
