Does anyone know if there are any plans to increase the maximum record
size of a file that can be built.  The current limit is 16383.

ex:     BUILD X; REC=16383,,F,BINARY; DISC=1 {succeeds}
        BUILD X; REC=16384,,F,BINARY; DISC=1 {fails}
