So far the discussion has focussed on hardware support. How do you feel
about software support. Specifically the allocation of funds between:

1).  Distribution of software updates
2).  Response Center support for problems
3).  Revenue to support ongoing problem fixes
4).  Revenue to support ongoing enhancements

Do you have any preferred allocation? What about the "You have $100 to spend
on software support" type approach. How much would you like to allocate to
each category? How do you feel about the way the dollas are presently
allocated (You know what you get and how much it costs)!
