If your database was put to tape in a STORE format then you can RESTORE
it using the LOCAL or GROUP and/or ACCT = parms of the restore command.
However the restore command doesn't allow for file renames to occur. I
do recall on the old classic MPE/V a contributed program that allowed
file renaming during restore.

It's most common to use restore GROUP=test and then file equations to
redirect the programs DBOPEN's to  point to the database in the test
GROUP.
