I have an opportunity. I have set up FTP amongst two HP3000 and an Alpha
running VMS. I can FTP from the HP3000 to the VMS, but cannot FTP to the
HP3000.

As the documentation for FTP seems a bit light, I hoped perhaps one of you
has some experience with this and could tell me where to look.

This is from the local 3000:

I have been able to replicate the results from a reflections FTP client,
the VMS and another HP3000.
