When I left, Mason (where this particular position is located according
to the original post) seemed pretty far out there from Cincinnati. When
I went back for a visit this past summer, Mason is just part of the
metro-area anymore.
That's not the reason I left, but it is one of the reasons I'm not in
a hurry to go back!
(BTW, I haven't lived in Cincinnati for 12+ years)
