I have just checked in SYSGEN and NMMGR and found the following:

Ldevs configured in SYSGEN 1/2/5/6/7/8/10/11/12/19/20/21/22
Ldevs configured in NMMGR  110-115/200-215/300-347

NMMGR DTSLINK has number of non-nailed pad terminals [20], starting ldev no
[0].

My NS VT terminal ldevs start at 34, is this what you would expect? I got
the impression from your message that the first ldev used would be 3.
