Received some information on the upgrade change for the virtual terminal
devices. The recommendation is to assign all of the lower ldev ( logical
devices ) numbers to our old DTC ports to use them. In other nail those
lower ldevs to a specific port so that no user will be assigned those
because they will have already been assigned to the DTC's.

Talked with Speedware and they also have a solution to the problem as
follows:

Run the reactor.gs.infosys program with the parm=16000 option and it will
work.
And it does.
