I am attempting to enter the Posix shell using the default UDC and get the
following error:

ODIE#sh
CWD is "/SYS/PUB".
/etc/profile 38: no file descriptor available
cat: fcntl: System call error
shell/iX> reading script: Bad file number
CWD is "/SYS/TEST".

I have talked to the Response Center about it and they said I need a patch.
  I have been running the
shell off and on since we upgraded to 5.0 with no problems. This just
recently started occurring.

Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be?
