Does anyone know of a way to determine, during rebooting, if the reboot was
necessary because of a System Failure?  I'd like to try and recover any KSAM
files that were open during the failure but don't want to do it every time
that I may restart the system (Granted that does not occur very often but I
prefer having 'intelligent' command files).
