There are a number of sources, including HP's Jazz server
(http://jazz.external.hp.com) and Interex (http://www.interex.org). HP's
versions are a bit dated and need to be updated (my fault, not Jeff's).
The most recent versions are available on the FREEWARE tape from HPWorld
and now being distributed by Interex. That would probably be your best
source.
