Stuart Pierce asked if anyone was experiencing a problem with Speedware(Reactor)
not running when given an Ldev less than 20. Yes, we also have this problem,
and I know we had it while run MPE/iX 5.0. What we are did to get past this -
we assigned all Ldevs below 20 to a device, (we only did Ldev 17,18,19)
therefore, when user logged onto the system they would recieve an ldev above
the console ldev. Rather odd, but works.

Just maybe?
