better check again... just upgrade a 957 to a 969 and vesoft cost us
     1800.00 each for MPEX and Security and 900 for Veaudit.  Now...when
     they invoiced us, it was listed as an upgrade from a 937 to a 969 and
     the price was 2300.00 each for MPEX and Security and  1500.00 for
     VEAudit... sounds tier based to me....

I too thought this until I did an upgrade last year and Vesoft put their
hand out for
more $$$.
