Don't know about Samba, as our 3k is "in limbo" in the techno
advancement area (which reminds me I gotta finish Another One
Bites the Dust).  As we are moving to a HP 9000 we have reduced
our HPRC support to 5x8 (shudder) which is pretty slim for a production
machine of this size.  Except for a patch I installed (fatal mistake)
awhile back the 3k has not been rebooted in about 9 months or more.

OS is 5.0.6.
