Here's the setup:

DTC/16's (two of them) moved from a series 948 to a series 918.  We ran 
new wiring using four-conductors cable (pins 1, 2, 3, and 7 wired straight 
thru).  The DTC's download okay, and a 700/92 terminal works fine if I 
connect it to the DTC port using a 25-pin straight-thru cable, but I can't 
get any response using our new cables, or any 3 or 4 conductor cable.  So 
far I have tried pins 1, 2, 3, and 7 straight and crossed, pins 2, 3, 7, 
and 20 (straight) and pins 2, 3, and 7 with 6, 8, and 20 connected at each 
DB25 connector, but nothing works except for the 25-conductor straight thru

connector.  Any ideas?  I'm trying to get this working before Sunday, so 
a direct email response would be helpful.  Thanks.
