Assuming you're doing a spread in order to get the I/Os now (and in the future)
spread out over 1 more disk drive, I'd recommend (in decreasing order of
preference):

   1) <plug> De-Frag/X  just do a "BALANCE volumesetname"
      (e.g.:  BALANCE $SYS    ... yes, we support a decent short-hand for
      MPEXL_SYSTEM_VOLUME_SET :)
      </plug>

   2) Bradmark's Disk Space Manager?

   3) nothing at all

   4) reload
