Thanks to all who provided me with a copy of the DOS 5.0 restore program.
I now have a copy for every day of the week!  Unfortunately, I can't use
any of them because you must be running DOS 5.0 as the operating system
before you can run the restore program!

It seems that there is complete incompatibility between one version of
BACKUP/RESTORE and another!  What a crappy design...
