Whoops. Wrong error. Upon reading your message a little closer, it seems
that the error message you received does not correspond to the error or
workaround I described.
Sounds like the error you describe has more to do with a media error -
rather than the capability problem I mentioned.
However, what I stated earlier still applies. If you wish to restore a CM
store tape, you will need PH capability on 5.5 - which is a known problem.
