Sounds like a box swap upgrade...

Sure, I've done it.  A couple of things to look out for come to mind:
 - I assume the HPSUSAN on the other system will be different, any software
that checks the HPSUSAN won't work, talk with your software vendors.
 - If the I/O configuration of the "to" system doesn't *exactly match* the
I/O config of the "from" system then you'll have to cut an SLT with the "to"
system's config and do an UPDATE when you bring the system up after
attaching the disks.
