This is a great idea ... and I'd like to take this a step further.  If
any list lurkers from the Chicago area know the train system to and
from O'Hare and can advise those of us coming from the backwater how to
get from the airport to the Pier and area hotels via the system, I'm
sure your recommendations would be welcome.

Hi all,

Just a thought but if you are planning on attending HP World in Chicago,
you may want to consider *not* renting a car.  The train service is
terrific and, while I don't know the closest stop to the hotel/Navy Pier,
you can get on the train right inside O'Hare.  Parking in downtown Chicago
is a colossal pain, as is driving there in general.
