At the Patch quailification stage I get the message
that  SQLJXB0  was not qualiified.

This is the patch that moves you from Allbase G1.14 to G1.15(I
think), which is what I want, although all the other patches are nice
I'm sure  .I continued with the install

What gives? Do I now have to Patch/iX this one patch ?

I don't know what you'll need to do to install this patch, but G1.15 of
Allbase, is fairly old, we were on a newer version on 5.0.  The current
level is G1.21 and can be found in patch SQLJXP6B and is downloadable
from the response center (if you can ever get in) or from your SE.
