This works for me:
>PUT file file;rec=-132,1,f,ascii;disc=10000
****
Specifies 132 bytes
The trick here is to not inlcude any blanks in the file name and
record length parameters (note: using build command format).
The forign host does not realize you are specifying record length,
it thinks you are specifying a really long file name...
