This is the wrong newsgroup for printer-questions, but it means the
fuser is mailfunctioning (the unit in the back that gets very hot :-),
this could be a problem with the sensor, but my guess is the lamp
(halogen) broke.

Either replace (or let an engineer) replace the fusing unit or replace
the lamp itself.
