Thanks for the replies:
Turns out we were already on G1.15 which is probably why the patch
didn't qualify.
But, more importantly, thanks for the info about G1.21.  I just
assumed Express 2 would give the latest and greatest of everything,
but I guess it's not part of the Express 2 release.
I'll be in touch with RC about this.

Warning to all: make sure you check your SUBSYS tape for Image/SQL,
if you use it.  I checked the SUBSYS tape, saw the C compiler and
thought everything was fine, forgetting that Image/SQL is not part of
FOS, but is an extra.
Back to 5.0 for the time being.
