Jon,

hmmm...... looking for that Soap Box....

I must say.... It seems that HP (and most of the vendors and Interex!)
have forgotten that the cost of Interex '97 (... oops... HP World '97 hehehe )
has become *EXTREMELY* cost prohibitive for a large number of us HP Computing
Professionals!!

There are a lot of us small shops that have trouble getting management to
see the value of sending us to an HP Training Class ($1,250 and up for a week
long class) and now Interex (sorry, I have been accused of being a
traditationalist!! hehehe) is either $1,490 or $1,590 plus the travel, food and
lodging costs ???

      Ok, back to the point...

            Jon,
Please Pre-Empt those annoucements so that the rest of us
having no budget can hear them???

Thanks,
Art "Putting away the Soap Box" Bahrs

Well, for the full story, attend HPWorld at the end of this month in
Chicago. Since there are many marketing announcements there, I don't
want to preempt them. But I do believe that there are a lot of new
products and enhancements that are of interest to customers.

Watch this space -- I'll post more details at the end of the month.
In the meantime, you can get a taste from Jeff Vance's URL (in a
separate message).
