Do you particularly need/want a Europe-specific list? Seems like such a
restriction would cut out a lot of the people you might want to talk to
or hear from.

Interex maintains the "sigconsult-l" mailing list on their server. You
don't need to be an Interex member to subscribe, and it's the logical
place for an HP3000-oriented mailing list.
