The PARM value passed to DBSCHEMA has always been a bit mask of
various options. Specifying ;PARM=-1 sets ALL the bits on, both
the currently implemented (whether documented or undocumented) ones
and all the ones that are meaningless to DBSCHEMA. You can hardly
complain if HP adds a new option to DBSCHEMA that does something
you don't like (such as making the root file "temporary") since
you *asked* it to do this by turning all the PARM bits on. The
customer should be specifying the correct PARM options bitmask
value (probably 3 which is one less character to type too :-) I
certainly would not consider this a problem with DBSCHEMA.
