Over the last couple of days there have been porno ads creeping into this
list.  The REALLY irritating thing about them is that they do something to
the digest software and every message after one of these ads is
double-spaced.  Is there anything that can be done about that, Jeff?

While on the subject of long messages on the digest, is it possible for
people to snip out old stuff when replying to messages?  I know there are
some very limited e-mail packages out there, but to get several screenfuls
of stuff that's already been sent and a couple of lines of comment can get
pretty irritating after a while.  Isn't four levels of ">" a little excessive?
