Dave,

We are using the 'ClearVoice' Micom modules and we have found that the
voice quality is very high with a few exceptions. Sometimes there is a
slight echo on the line and band width can be a factor if you have alot of
traffic on your network, you might have to allocate more to voice.  This is
going to be something that will need to be determined after installation
and some fine tuning will need to be down.

 At this time we only use this between our sites and not customers.  At
some point we may start using this to transfer customer calls between the
branches.
