Good Listers:
Has anyone implemented a means of displaying a warning against
unauthorized system access prior to logging on? Our corporate security
folks are probably going to mandate such a message be displayed (4-6
80-char lines) on all our HP3000 systems, and they want to have it
displayed prior to the system logon prompt. I know that the
'logonprompt' is configurable via SYSGEN, but I don't think it's
capable of such a message (more than 255 characters); however, given
that it is capable, can the format be controlled via <cr/lf> control
codes? Does any other solution exist?
TIA,
Lee Gunter
