Actually, it will run on *some* of the older systems.  The benchmark
here is that if the system was less than 12 months old as of January,
1997, a P90 or better, then you should not have any problems at all.
 If it's an older system though, then yes - I would not try to find
it.  Actually, it's not available for public download in its
entirety, but parts of it are (such as the ISDN Connection pieces)
from the MS Website.

If you're talking about FAT32 - I don't think this is available on
the website (I may be wrong there, and if it is...) the utilities
will not convert any drive under 512K in total size, and will not
convert any DriveSpace compressed drive.  It will also not convert
 any incompatible drive.  The new FDISK that came out with SR2 will
only offer to convert those drives which exceed 2GB.   Since this
came out in SR2, it will be available in Memphis (and that's all to
be said on *that* subject :-)
