I will leave software products of other vendors for each of them to reply.
Unison Software product versions supported on MPE/iX 5.5 are:

RoadRunner  4.6.5
SpoolMate   B.03.53
TapesPlus   4.1.04
Maestro     D.01.23
Formation   3.6.1
CopyRite    6.14 (reported to work on 5.5 but no longer supported)

Later versions of some of the products are now shipping, but are not
required to run on 5.5.
