Sorry for the off-topic post, but I figured this group would be likely to
have someone who could answer this:

Did anyone save a copy of the Hong Kong Government Information Center
home page from before 1600GMT? It's changed now -- it changed right after
midnight Hong Kong time -- but I forgot to save the old one.
