The Easter and other moving Holidays are terrible.

Some aborted trial recourse to enforce a decimal calenday where January 1
is always Monday, and there are uniform 30 day long monthes consisting
of 3 decades and leap days after each quarter and at the end of the year.

The programmers have to suck up the users just as much as absolutely necessary.
