Problem Solved!!!!!!

     First off let me thank everyone who contributed suggestions and
     ideas for solving the problem I was experiencing!

     Problem Summary: One particular person dialing into our system
     would get prompted for a terminal type even though the terminal
     type was already set in Reflections.  All options were set the
     same as other people who dialed in the exact same manner.

     Solution: Once this person lowered the system baud rate on their
     Windows '95 system from 38400 to 19200 all worked well.  In
     contradiction to the above problem summary they are the only ones
     dialing in who are using '95.
