Yeah, and if I remember correctly, school days used to be Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  They used to have off on Thursday and
Sunday.  Great standard!  I think we also want to adopt that one!  NOT!

Try Paris.  The French calendar starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
